No open innovation category?

Hackathons usually include open innovation as a last category but here you said general and what it does is measure use of all the preceding categories? Doesn't make sense in General :(
Block-chain should not limit possibilities (IMO)

  General is the same as innovation. Neo won't exclude any possibilities. If you want to do something innovative you can apply for the General track.

  I guess the terminology is a bit misleading (at least for me) as it says "The project that demonstrates the best all-round use of Neo N3 technology". No note of open category/innovation.
  Anyway, thanks for confirming.
